Hi, I’m Popeye, an 11-pound tuxedo-wearing gentleman who found myself back at the shelter after my owner had to move, and I’m really hoping this next home is my forever one. This is unfortunately my second time here, so I’m ready to make a permanent move out and settle in for good. I do best in a quiet home without kids or other cats because I like to soak up all the attention and affection for myself, and I appreciate humans who understand my boundaries and take things slow while I warm up. I’m active, playful, friendly, and I absolutely love a good lap nap once I feel comfortable, and I’m just looking for a patient, loving person who’s ready to give me the calm, committed home I deserve.
