TPD Makes Arrest in Westgate Court Shooting

The Tallahassee Police Department has made an arrest in conjunction with the deadly shooting that occurred on Oct. 2, 2020, at the Westgate Community.
Following a thorough investigation, probable cause was developed to charge the suspect with homicide and attempted homicide. The suspect was apprehended on Jan. 6 with assistance from the United States Marshals’ Task Force and TPD’s Career Criminal Unit.
Investigators worked tirelessly to bring justice to the victims in this case. TPD reminds citizens about the importance of community engagement. If you see something, say something. Arrested:
Robert Bruce Green Jr., 41, for homicide, attempted homicide and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
