Victory Garden Drive Sidewalk Improvements

The Victory Garden Drive Sidewalk Improvements project will provide a new sidewalk along Victory Garden Drive from Apalachee Parkway to Park Avenue.

These improvements are in the conceptual design phase, and resident feedback is requested at this time. The current concept has a 6’ wide sidewalk with separation from the road along the west side of the roadway for most of the corridor.

Project Goal

• Provide increased pedestrian connectivity along Victory Garden Drive from Apalachee Parkway to Park Avenue

Typical Section

• Six-foot-wide sidewalk with separation from the roadway
• Street trees where possible
• Enclose existing ditches on one side of the roadway

Project Schedule

• Design: Anticipated to be completed in Fall 2022
• Construction: Anticipated to begin in early 2023
• Project Completion: Anticipated to finish fall 2023
